I purchased my trailwagon 400 from tractor supply back in August 2014 and I am quiet impressed with the power it has and it is well build. The only problem I experience was that when I bought it the paper work was not in order, warranty information was never given to say where i need to register it if I did have a problem and where is the nearest service dealer if needed.I was also trying to research if there was a silencer for the muffler that could be purchased. When building these in the future you may want to put locking nuts on the cables that hold s the lever for the throttle because the regular nut had backed off of mines and I had to replace with a lock nut.I had also inquired if a winch was installed could it be hooked up to the original battery without causing problems and they never got back with me on it.But all in all this is a good UTV for the price.
>Gerald,
I have read your comments about the bad experience that you had with your local TSC Store.
It is unfortunate that you had to experience this with your purchase of the Trailwagon 400.
At Country Carts, I can assure you that this would not have happened.
We make sure that you have all of the necessary paper work to register the vehicle, and your warranty papers would be handed to you!
Along with that, the other issues that you mentioned would have been taken care of quickly.
This is another advantage that we offer you over the “Big Box Stores”.
And I believe that we beat them on our everyday prices too!
Thanks for sharing your comments,
Larry / Country Carts, LLC
I have had one of these on my farm the last 5 years and it has taken a beating and kept on going. I have only replaced the battery and the drive belt. I have a 25 gal boomless tank in the front of the bed and a 15 gal tank on a hand held sprayer in behind, 40 gal total and it hauls it with authority, even over the rough pasture I have and especially over the rim rock. I burn wood and this thing gets as much firewood piled on it as it can hold. It has been abused and is still going. Would buy another one.
>Robert, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments. We always enjoy hearing all of the jobs that our customers use these well made UTV’s for. I can tell you that Country Carts services what we sell, and we have very few problems with these high quality, American made products! You should get many more years out of this product.
